GENERAL INFORMATION
Q) What is Image Library?
A) A library of artwork (packaging), pack shots, logos and mood images for Family Goodness Europe.
Q) Who can use it?
A) All Unilever employees have access to current images in the Library via the portal (i.unilever.com). External users to Unilever (agencies) will access via a web address, with a User ID and password, this has to be requested via the Super-User.
Q) Why can't I find a certain image?
A) We're trying to keep the image library up to date and complete as much as possible. Due to continuous changes and the fact that for some images we have to rely on others for input (e.g. agencies, country brand managers) it might happen that you won't be able to find the image you're looking for.
Tip: If you're looking for the quadrant images:
1. please select 'Mood images' in the Asset Type field;
2. Type in the Full-text search field the word 'quadrant';
3. To narrow the search you can also add 'Origin', 'Taste' or 'Emotion'.

Q) Have we bought all purpose usage rights for the images in the library?
A) Before using the image please check what usage rights have been agreed. See the detailed description of the image. Please check also carefully the Legal Notice in the Info section.
Q) Where are the images that I can download for presentations?
A) In the search results you will see a 'details' tab next to each image. Click on this and you will see an image on the left that you can download.
AGENCIES
Q) Where are the high quality images that I can download?
A) Unfortunately we're not able to supply you with high res packaging files via this website. Please contact Ellen Laarhoven or Thea van der Hoek.
